Call or email us directly, we don't mind.  And we're sure you won't mind skipping those telephone menu options or ridiculously long hold times and why not skip being transferred from one department to another, then another...need we go on?  You can call, email us, or leave a message and you will always get a timely response from us.  On the off chance that one of our representatives isn't able to answer your question, we won't hang up on you or transfer you endlessly, we'll find you someone who can answer your question (yes it happens to us too!).  Email us and you'll get an actual response from an actual person.  No more canned messages that might as well be spam.
